A Heartfelt Thank You to Our St. Albert Community
Reflections on a weekend of conversation, connection, and community wellness.
I want to share a sincere thank you to everyone who stopped by the Schaefer Counselling Services booth at this year’s St. Albert Lifestyle Expo.
Over the weekend, we shared so many meaningful conversations about the rhythms of our everyday lives—from the joys and challenges of parenting to the importance of mental wellness in our professional spaces. It was an honour to connect with you and to witness the collective commitment to building a healthier, more resilient community.
Mental health truly belongs in our everyday spaces, and these conversations are just the beginning. Thank you for making space for healing and for walking this path together. 🌿

I strive to create an affirming and respectful environment where all aspects of identity are welcomed and valued.
In an effort to protect our clients and staff, we kindly request that you do not attend in-person sessions if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or any contagious airborne illnesses, such as the common cold or COVID-19.
If you are unable to attend in person due to illness, we are happy to offer the option of switching to a telehealth video or phone session. To ensure a smooth transition, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations.
