Online Booking
To book an appointment, please click the Schedule With Annika button to access the online booking system.
If you are a current client of mine, you can choose between booking Individual Counselling in-person or video sessions (50 or 80 minutes).
Curious about counselling? You have the option of booking a Introductory Call (phone or video). The primary purposes of these calls include:
1. To understand your individual concerns, needs, and expectations regarding therapy.
2. To provide information about my therapeutic approach, including modalities such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR.
3. To discuss any questions or apprehensions you may have about the therapeutic process.
4. To assess if my therapeutic style aligns with your needs.
Alternatively, potential new clients can schedule an in-person or virtual Initial Session (50 or 80 minutes). When you are ready to book, you will be asked to create an account through my scheduler Jane App.
General Inquiries
Please complete this contact form if you have any questions. If you are a potential client, you can use this form to request a free 20 minute introductory call. I aim to reply within two business days and look forward to connecting with you.
Accessibility
Please note that my office is located on the second floor (unit 8, inside Present Mind Wellness) and can be accessed by stairs or chair lift only. If you need to use the chair lift, please reach out and I can provide you with any necessary information.
