
Picture yourself walking along a winding trail toward the crest of a hill. The path rises gently, each step drawing you away from the clutter of your week. Beneath your feet, the earth feels steady; around you, the breeze is crisp and clean.
At the top, pause. Let your gaze stretch across the open landscape, noticing how wide and endless the sky feels. With every deep breath, imagine the tightness in your body melting away, rolling down the slopes until it’s just a faint speck in the distance.
Your turn: Breathe in and think, “I lift above the noise.” Breathe out slowly, letting the wind carry away what you no longer need.
