I took this photo on one of our trips to Canmore, and it perfectly captures how some seasons in life feel—like standing at the edge of a bridge, staring into the unknown. Worry tightens in our chest, and anxiety whispers, “What if I fall? What if I can’t handle what’s ahead?” The other side feels distant, hidden in uncertainty.

But here’s the thing about bridges: they are meant to be crossed.

With each step, the bridge holds steady beneath us. Slowly, clarity begins to emerge—not all at once, but just enough to keep moving. Each step softens the doubts and sparks curiosity about what might be waiting on the other side. One step. Then another.

If you’re in that space right now—between what was and what’s next—I see you. You don’t have to see the whole path ahead. Just take the next step. And if support would help, you don’t have to walk alone.
