Last Sunday, I saw pelicans for the first time — completely unexpected, right in the middle of a hike.
I wasn’t looking for them. They simply appeared, gliding quietly across the water, like something out of a dream.
It was a gentle reminder that healing and perspective often arrive when we least expect them — not because we push harder, but because we pause long enough to notice.
In therapy, the same principle often applies. We’re not always searching for big breakthroughs. Sometimes, it’s the quiet space we create together that allows clarity, connection, and calm to return.
If you or someone you care about is navigating a season where grounding or joy feels distant, I’m currently accepting new clients:
-
In-person: St. Albert, Alberta
-
Virtual: Across Alberta and several other provinces
You’re welcome to connect if you’d like to explore what working together might look like and how therapy can support your journey.
