Today, I find myself reflecting with gratitude—not only as a therapist, but as a parent. Celebrating my son’s birthday is a powerful reminder of how time shapes us, how we learn, and how we show up for one another. Watching my children grow into the people they are meant to be is one of life’s greatest privileges. Their resilience, kindness, and unique journeys continue to inspire me every single day.

In both life and therapy, growth often comes in waves—rarely linear, but always meaningful. Parenthood, like healing, is a journey of learning, adapting, and embracing each step along the way. As a counsellor, I witness how these waves of growth unfold in the therapeutic process, guiding individuals toward deeper self-awareness, resilience, and alignment with their true selves.

Today, I’m deeply grateful—for family, for the work I do, and for the many ways we all continue to grow.

Wishing you moments of connection and reflection.
