Sometimes progress feels slow or invisible, but every small step counts. Whether it’s choosing kindness toward yourself, setting a boundary, or simply getting through the day, these moments add up and reflect meaningful growth.

Take a deep breath in. As you exhale, silently say to yourself:

“I’m doing enough.”

You don’t have to have it all figured out. Just keep showing up for yourself, one step at a time.
